These terms apply to use of the Senses Royal Thai Massage website and to bookings and purchases made with Senses. By using the website, booking a treatment or buying a gift certificate, you agree to the terms that apply to that transaction.

Treatment information
Massage, facial and spa services are provided for relaxation, general wellbeing and cosmetic care. They are not a substitute for medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
Tell your therapist about pregnancy, injuries, health conditions, allergies, recent surgery, recent cosmetic procedures or other information relevant to the treatment. If you are unsure whether a treatment is appropriate, seek advice from a qualified health professional before booking.
Senses may decline, change or stop a treatment where the team reasonably considers this necessary for safety, comfort or suitability.
Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability. The booking system may require contact details, payment details, a deposit or full payment depending on the service and settings shown at checkout.
Please check the treatment, duration, price, date and time before confirming. Contact Senses promptly if any booking information is incorrect.
Changes, cancellations and no-shows
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any cancellation, deposit or no-show condition displayed during booking forms part of your booking terms.

Late arrival
If you arrive late, Senses may need to shorten the treatment so the next appointment can begin on time. The original booking price may still apply.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Senses may update prices and services, but a confirmed booking will be handled according to the price and terms shown when it was made unless you agree otherwise.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates are subject to the terms shown when purchased and on the certificate. Eligible gift certificates sold from 16 March 2026 are valid for at least three years from the date of sale unless no expiry applies, in line with New Zealand law.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Keep the unique certificate code secure and contact Senses promptly if it is lost or cannot be located.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics and original images belong to Senses or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, Privacy Act 2020 or other applicable New Zealand law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Senses is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or a booking. This clause does not limit liability or consumer rights where the law does not allow that limitation.
Changes to these terms
Senses may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with its update date. Terms shown when a booking or purchase was confirmed continue to apply to that transaction unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires a different result.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have to use a disputes process or tribunal.
